Well it didn't take much from all reports, so the NRA will get its way, equating background checks with some perverted interpretation of the second amendment.
I guess the founders should have included that only sane and non-violent people could own assault rifles.
However, much like the militia requirement, it would have been ignored by this group.
Profits over lives, no matter what.
